A haunting forecast A treacherous path As green clouds fill the night sky A mothership supercell Looms over a landscape awaiting annihilation The collision of cold and warm air and revolutions of the mesocyclone have the Doppler painted red a spinning radar of death What are we but insignificant beings among the titans of extreme weather? An Orchestrated Chaos putting all elements in line This all seems reminiscent of The propagation of hate and Polarity swirling through Hook echo, echo chamber Violent storm, endless anger Can we withstand this fatal turbulence? A catastrophic sequence of events There’s a dark eye forming in the clouded blackness Can we bear the fruit of what happens next? Tornadogenesis

These Midwest skies are killing me As gray as time stuck on repeat There’s a bitter cold connection between winter and depression And if we ever see the sun again, let’s ask how the light has been These dead brittle trees remind me that Time spent paused is the life you’ll lack And I’ve just got no connection to this futile obsession Of artificial light streaming from the compass to our demise Sometimes I hear the reaper calling me I wonder what he drinks Lately, I feel like him; so out of reach A specter on the breeze I feel so far away These seedless apples are poisoning You can leave me behind I’ll wipe the dust from My Vintage Mind Sometimes I hear the reaper calling me I wonder what he drinks Lately I feel like him; so out of reach A specter on the breeze We live in a post-genuine, fad-driven wasteland of Department store vinyl and pretentious activists And I’m still wondering how to deal with the hypocrisy Are we really all omniscient Am I really any different We live in a post-genuine, click-bait-driven wasteland of cyberspace warfare and career politics And I’m still wondering how to deal with the hilarity Of this pivotal moment Can we take on the corruption or is freedom out of focus Can we have a conversation

I need a catapult A monumental slingshot to cast me in to space So I can’t hear the raging commotion and lunacy Of a decaying people and their revered leaders A world led by vultures dressed as salesman Looking to further personal gain Without any regard to sincerity As I break through the mesosphere my limbs will give way To a blistering cold ambience and freedom in search Of a place, of a silence that can only be found In the cosmic foreground Overrun with a parasitic species (I will remember) The unfailing groan from the most prosperous era (ever to exist) Without regard to the previous centuries of (famine, fire, and death) I need to reach escape velocity (to be lost in the orbit of Neptune)

Lithium Life 03:32
So here we stand Face to our palms Side by side So alone Forget what we want Forget what we have Our time is spent better Watching the ads If I could sleep and not be haunted by evolutions price Involuntary urges from artificial life What have we become Let’s throw out everything that ever made us human Make mistakes for the spotlight And data streams that drain our time That drain our time A generation held in a hand Information is null If not viewed through a lens It’s time to rethink Put our life in the heart Of the things we love Let our brains recharge Remember that this entertainment will fade away but we’re still breathing Just look around Heart still beating at the love we’ve found Let’s raise our glass and celebrate this moment we have I’m so grateful we’re still tight And leave behind this lithium life Unplug your mind I’m so grateful we’re still tight Leave behind this lithium life I’m so grateful we’re still tight Leave behind this lithium life Just look around At the love we’ve found

Troubled soul why do you sleep Let’s get you back up on your feet Sit down stay a while Bottom’s up let’s see you smile She said get up off the floor and dance with me It’s not the house that heals you It’s the people inside It’s not the destination It’s the songs on the ride We sang all night long To that old Gaslight song And I’ve never felt more alive Sing and shout and dance with me Cast all your fears away We laughed all night and looked up at the stars We crammed too many people Into too small of cars We sang all night long To that Menzingers song And I’ve never felt more alive Sing and shout and dance with me Cast all your fears away Kid, you’re not going nowhere You can leave the past behind If failure’s etched in your skin I promise It’s only in your Mind Let this go No, I can’t let this go Let this go No, I can’t let you go Let this go No, I can’t let this go Let this go No, I can’t let you go
6.
Back on two feet A turn for the worse What’s lost will be treasured The chondral carrefour is entered A debt never to be repaid To the reaches of decay Your grave is not your cage Ascend from the silence The veil is open Walk with the living again And at my expense I’ll give you the chance To leave Death behind One last chance to rise To defy your demise I’m forced into question My foundation is gnawing Are you in here with me Or do I have one foot in the grave

Deep in the empty heart of Siberia Forgotten ghosts faded from memory and history Exiled souls tossed into Stolypin cars Among the rats and thieves and claustrophobia And the only light ahead Shining crimson from the prison windows painted bloody red Cast in the shadow of a winged death That’s inhaling all last breaths The mighty Article 58 Leaving innocent dead in its wake Now in a cold and dripping cell Serving a tenner in Arch Angel Any thoughts of your own shall be Counter-revolutionary The Worship of an ideology Will unveil the monster hiding inside mankind
8.
Can you feel the static on the air? Making perfect soldiers with blank stares And idle arms that patiently lay In an indefinite disarray There’s something about a storm and the arching clouds that form The glow of electrons in the sky And a wind that could blow away all our sorrows for a day A drop in my barometric high But this growing cell, just might be hell A violent heat, a silent snap A bright white gleam before the crack A deafening build-up to inevitability The lack of sleep, a conscious trap Poison streams to fill the gaps A longing for something more beyond hostile electricity There’s something about the way this forecast has turned grey Predictions for profits in disguise And a face hiding in the rain that knows nothing of shame A thunder of laughter in the night Will these elements refrain from rusting this weathervane? When these clouds give way to those beautiful rays of blistering humidity It’ll be good to see your face again
